Depends on that you mean for better... some ppl (me included) prefer gold items over greens becuase they're rarer not because they could be better...
Rago's has perfect stats but you migh be looking for something different like a health bonus, an armor bonus, or a 10/10 recharge-cast bonus.... that's really up to you to determine if Rago's is the best or not. Beware, if you want a 10/10 fire staff it could cost you a fortune, otherwise just grab a collector 20/20 and put the ups you want. |
